All work shall be paid for in full upon completion of any work completed, and any parts supplied shall remain the property of PC Home Rescue until such time that full payment is received.
Warranty & Liability
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, all new parts provided by PC Home Rescue carry 12-month limited parts only guarantee
If any new parts supplied and fitted by PC Home Rescue become faulty within this period, we would replace those parts up to their original invoice value excluding any labour charges,
This warranty does not cover any glass breakage no matter how its caused, damage caused by dropping the device, bending, stressing, excessive heat or damage caused by liquid spillage.
Should it become impossible to repair your equipment you may be offered a refund up to the value of the original invoice!
Parts replaced as part of a warranty claim within the warranty period; only the original warranty expiry date will apply.
If any parts supplied and fitted by PC Home Rescue are removed or replaced by a third party then any warranty provided by PC Home Rescue will immediately become null, and void.
Any faulty part or parts would need to be sent back to the manufacturer at your own expense.
Additional components or labour costs charged by a third party would under no circumstances be payable by PC Home Rescue.
Customer Data, Software & Licences Liability
PC Home Rescue is not responsible for the loss of any customer data, software or licences, it is the customers own responsibility to make sure that they have backed up their data before PC Home Rescue commencing any work on their equipment.
PC Home Rescue take great pride in offering a first class service, however; should you have any reason to complain about our service or any goods supplied by PC Home Rescue then please contact us immediately, we will aim to provide a quick resolution, any complaint would always be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner.
Liability For Delays
PC Home Rescue will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date and time agreed for either attending site or for the collection of the device.
In the case of any unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of PC Home Rescue then the customer will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and an alternative date and time agreed to either attend site or for the collection of the device.
